2-year Warranty – We take care of it

At MooseHaul, we design sleds made to last in real-world conditions.
If your equipment doesn't hold up under normal use, we'll take care of it.

✔ What is covered

For a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, the warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Cracks
• Tears
• Punctures

Occurring under normal use conditions.

⚡ Replacement

If a claim is accepted:

• The product will be replaced by an equivalent new model
• No refund will be issued
• No repairs will be offered

📸 Claim

To make a claim:

• Proof of purchase is required
• Photos of the product may be requested for evaluation
• MooseHaul reserves the right to require the return of the product for inspection

👉 All claims are subject to validation.

🚚 Shipping

In the context of a warranty claim:

• Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer
• Shipping costs for sending the replacement product are also the responsibility of the customer

👉 However, MooseHaul reserves the right to cover these costs at its discretion in certain cases.

❌ Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Major impacts (collision, fall, violent shock)
• Overload or improper use
• Use in extreme conditions (very abrasive terrain, rocks, etc.)
• Unauthorized modifications
• Inadequate storage

⚠️ Important conditions

• This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only
• It is non-transferable
• MooseHaul reserves the right to refuse any claim deemed abusive or fraudulent

⚖️ Limitation of liability

MooseHaul's liability is limited to the replacement of the product covered by the warranty.
No other compensation may be claimed.

📍 Applicable law

This warranty is governed by the laws in force in Quebec, Canada.

🔄 Modifications

MooseHaul may make changes to this warranty program as needed.
However, the conditions applicable at the time of the original purchase remain in effect for this product.
